The Borough Office will reopen to the public on Monday, June 15th. Masks (or protective face coverings) are optional; however, we ask that you do NOT come if you are feeling ill or have recently been ill.
Payments of your Borough bills may also be made through our bill pay portal (link below) with a bank account (FREE) or with a credit card ($3 fee). As always, payment by check can be mailed or you can use our Overnight Drop Box (at the side of our building). Cash payments can also be dropped in the box, but please place it in a sealed envelope. Thank you for your patience during this time & stay safe!

Zoning Hearings are held the 3rd Thursday of each month, as needed. You must be a Borough resident to serve.
Meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month @ 7:00p.m., as needed. You must be a Borough resident to serve.

Stewartstown Borough provides critical notifications to its members through CodeRED. By signing up, you will be contacted in the event of water main breaks, boil water notices, etc.,
that affect your area.

and click on "Set Up Online Access". You will need your account number, as well as your CID number, which is located in the lower left-hand corner of your actual bills. GO GREEN and sign up through this link to have your bills emailed to you as well!! To have your account setup for ACH (Automated Clearing House) payment of Borough bills, contact our office! These payments would be automatically withdrawn on or around the due date of each bill.
What to do with electronic equipment:Electronics can be dropped off at York County Solid Waste Authority's Small Load Drop-off Facility at the York County Resource Recovery Center located at 2651 Black Bridge Road. Drop-offs can be made Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon. For more information about this FREE program, click on the link below.

Borough Council meetings are the 1st Monday of each month @ 7:00 p.m.
Planning Commission meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of each month @ 7:00 p.m.
Stewartstown Borough Sewer and Water Authority meets the 3rd Wednesday of each month @ 7:00 pm.
