Borough Council IS aware that the December Trash bill covered service dates that overlapped between our Penn Waste trash contract and our new trash contract with Casella North America. We are working towards a resolution that will result in a prorated credit $12.34 that Borough residents will see on their MARCH TRASH BILL. WE APPRECIATE your patience and understanding!
